Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Use the Service only where it is lawful and available.

2. What COUNCIA provides

COUNCIA helps you clarify a personal question and add relevant context through a tailored factual questionnaire. You may then choose one or more AI systems to answer the same completed question independently. GPT may organize those answers so you can compare them.

Features, available AI systems, prices, limits, and delivery times may change. The confirmation screen shown immediately before a paid answer controls that session.

3. Accounts and security

Provide an accurate email address and protect your email, one-time codes, sessions, and devices. Tell us promptly about unauthorized use. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or created deceptively.

4. Your content

You retain rights you have in the questions, background, questionnaire answers, feedback, and other material you submit. You must have permission to submit it.

You allow COUNCIA to host, process, translate, format, and transmit that material as needed to operate and improve the Service. If you choose anonymous publication, you also allow it to be displayed, indexed, shared, and preserved without your account identity.

5. Private and anonymously public questions

Questions are private by default. If you choose anonymous publication, the question, context, AI answers, sources, and related metadata may be visible worldwide and indexed by search engines, while your account identity remains hidden. Other signed-in users may leave feedback or a different view.

Private content still has to be processed by infrastructure and selected AI providers. Do not submit passwords, full card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, trade secrets, or information you are not allowed to disclose.

6. AI limitations

AI answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. Different AIs may disagree, and multiple AIs may repeat the same error. COUNCIA does not replace medical, legal, financial, tax, mental-health, or other qualified professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the answers.

7. Credits and top-ups

Clarifying the question and completing its factual questionnaire use no credits. Before an answer begins, COUNCIA shows the selected AIs, visibility choice, credits needed, and promised delivery. No additional provider, search, token, or tool credits are added after confirmation.

English users may buy 50 credits for $1 through Stripe. Credits are for eligible services only. They are not a bank account, do not earn interest, cannot be transferred, and cannot be withdrawn except where law or the Refund Policy requires.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, harass or exploit people, distribute malware, steal credentials, manipulate payments or feedback, gain unauthorized access, overload the Service, or misrepresent AI output as verified human advice.

9. Availability and liability

The Service may change, pause, or end. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available and our liability is limited to the amount you paid COUNCIA in the twelve months before the claim. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
